Language Arts: 

6^th Grade:  We read chapters 23-25. Completed 6 “signpost” and a prompt is due on Wednesday, May 14^th.

Prompt:  Draw a detailed illustration or diagram of an important event, character, or setting in the chapter. Please write a paragraph explaining why this event, character, or settings do important in the chapter.

5^th Grade:   Same lesson as 6^th grade. Prompt is due on Thursday, May 14^th, 2014

Homework:  Remember to read nightly.

·        As always you will need a chapter book for class tomorrow!!

Social Studies: Read lesson 13. Completed reading notes.

Social Studies: Began lesson 13. Vocabulary is due tomorrow. The vocab words are the following: revolution, strategy, volunteer, enlist, mercenary, tactic, turning point and home front.

Social Studies: Went over lesson 12 review.  Worked on processing lesson 12 and worksheet regarding the Declaration of Independence.  All are due tomorrow.
