Language Arts:
6th Grade: Continued reading. Completed a writing prompt
based on the reading. The prompt is the
following:
Explain how you feel about Jack, Julian, and Charlotte after they
showed August around the school. Use details from the text to support your
opinion of each of these three students.
You must write out the prompt and
complete the writing in your Reader’s Notebook.
The response should be about 3 paragraphs.
5th Grade: Same lesson as 6th grade

Homework: Processing creating an advertisement
for Sumer and reading further pages 29 and 30 in the ISN. These are all due on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd.
Science Literacy: Students were assigned
roles for the mock election for Governor.
They began working in teams.
Homework: Remember to have our Governor packet in
school every day!
