Took spelling test.  Worked on signpost packet for Wonder and received new grammar packet on verbs and adverbs. 

5th Language Arts:

  Began current event lesson. Each student signed up for a day to present their current event which needs to be based on the region we are studying in social studies.

6^th Grade: Spelling lessons were given. Students need to do activities on Spelling City and activities within the packet.  This is due on Monday, November 10^th. 

·         The November R and E was assigned and it is due on Monday, November 24^th.  All work for this must be placed on the wiki.

Social Studies:  No class today. We held our mock election debate.  Congratulations to Jonah Rifkin  (Mark Schauer) and  Euan Chisholm (Lisa Brown) who won for Governor and Lt. Governor. Also congratulations to Rea Sadek (Terri Lynn Land) who won for senator.
