Language Arts:

• 6^th Grade: We continued to work on our writing piece.   
• 5^th Grade:  We continued to work on our writing piece

Homework:

• Read for 20 minutes or more nightly. Remember to have a chapter book that you are going to commit to for the next week.
• Criterion writing assignment for 5^th and 6^th graders.  It is called “Lesson Learned”  it is due on Wednesday, November 14^th
• Grammar packet is due on Wednesday, November 14^th
• R and E due on December 6^th. Must be on the wiki

Social Studies:  Finished lesson 5 and watched a video to get ready for our test on Friday.

Homework:

·         Reread lesson 5

·         Permission slips for Lansing

·         Can good to donate for the family we are adopting for Thanksgiving.

·         Just wanted to let you know I will be out the 15^th, 16^th and the morning of the 19^th. I am attending the National Teachers of Social Studies Convention in Seattle.
