6^th Grade Language Arts: Started Word of the Day.  Also, completed a pretest for narrative writing.  We will be starting our narrative writing unit on Wednesday.

5^th Grade Language Arts:  Started Word of the Day.  Students will be define a word every day and complete a packet using the words.  See side of the blog for help with root words.

Homework: 

·         Read nightly

·         6^th grade R and E due on October 24^th. Remember to place on Google Classroom.

·         Word on WOD packet nightly.

Social Studies: Completed reading further for lesson 4.  Complete pages 29-30 in ISN.  Also, students signed up to present current events starting next week. These must be completed in Google classroom.

Homework

Lesson 4 test will be Thursday, October 20^th. Review will be assigned next week.

Current event presentations begin next week.
