Language Arts: 

6^th Grade:  Students received their graded personal narrative. They may revise their paper for a better grade.  This is due no later than Thursday, October 30^th.

We started our novel study with the book Wonder.

5^th Grade:   Same lesson as 6^th grade

Homework:

·         Remember to read nightly.

·         You must have a chapter book in school tomorrow!!

·         Revised personal narrative due no LATER than Thursday, October 30^th.

·         R and E for 6^th GRADERS ONLY due on Wednesday, October 29th

Social Studies:  Began lesson 4 and the study of Mesopotamia.

Homework:  Lesson 4 vocab

Science Literacy:  Students were assigned roles for the mock election for Governor.  They began working in teams.

          Homework:  Remember to have our Governor packet in school every day!

·         Bring your devices to school to help with your campaign. 

Reminders:

·          The grade book will be closed for the first marking period on Thursday. No late work will be accepted after that day.

·         We will be holding our debates for Governor and Senator on Monday, November 3^rd at 1:30 in the Media Center.
