Language Arts: 
6th Grade:  Continued reading Wonder and began using “signposts” to make connections in the novel.

5th Grade:   Same lesson as 6th grade

Homework:
·         Remember to read nightly.
·         You must have a chapter book in school tomorrow!!
·         Revised personal narrative due no LATER than Thursday, October 30th.
·         R and E for 6th GRADERS ONLY due on Wednesday, October 29th


Social Studies:  Read lesson 4 and completed reading notes.

Homework:  Burdick finish reading notes sections 4.3,4.4, and 4.5
                   Burns finis 4.3-4.6 

Science Literacy:  Students were assigned roles for the mock election for Governor.  They began working in teams.

          Homework:  Remember to have our Governor packet in school every day!
·         Bring your devices to school to help with your campaign. 

Reminders:
·          The grade book will be closed for the first marking period on Thursday. No late work will be accepted after that day.
·         We will be holding our debates for Governor and Senator on Monday, November 3rd at 1:30 in the Media Center.
